My store is looking for a way to notify certain staff account (most likely via email) when an order is a certain number of days unfulfilled. For example, if order #1234 was placed 10 days ago and is still unfulfilled, an email notification/alert will be sent automatically letting my production team know that they need to prioritize this order.
Does anyone know of a way to make this happen? Any help would be much appreciated.
