I have been checking with my customers and not all of them are receiving the SMS notifications that I have set for Out of Delivery and Delivery Completed. Problem is that few have received, few have not received.
Although, in the timeline for the Order, there is a message "Shopify Local Delivery sent a local delivery delivered SMS for order <Order number> to <Mobile>.
This is really a concern. Can somebody please help?

In UAE we have the same issue. As Shopify uses, international SMS gateway, it wont work in some countries due to restriction within that country. You may try to use some apps which may solve this issue.
You can find many apps from : https://apps.shopify.com/
But here are few
Use the Apps which are from India, so you can get local support and cheaper rates.
Same here too. Sometimes customer receives. Its due to the issue with international sms gateways.
Sometime it works and sometime it wont, which is frustrated.
Hey @maheelapower, from my understanding customers who opt for text messages will only receive the delivery status sms. The option to select delivery status via text is available in the thank you page after the customer places the order.
If you still want to sent to all customers who placed orders, you will have to go for a 3rd party app. Hope this helps.
