The error you're seeing can happen for a number of reasons. Most commonly it is because the information was entered in a certain way when the account was initially set up. For example, if dashes or spaces were added, or extra blank spaces, then this can cause the error to happen as what you're now entering does not exactly match what we have on file. If you have referred to your bank statements and are still getting the error then your issue can be escalated to our Accounts team to help bypass the requirement.
