Basel, Switzerland is giving me trouble

I have had 2 orders from Basel, Switzerland.  On both orders, when I go to purchase a shipping label It says "The service you selected is unavailable between your origin and destination addresses."  I took the first one to the physical post office, using the same address, and they had no problem with it, but of course I don't get a tracking number when I don't buy the label from shopify.  Does anyone know what's going on here?  I should add that I have had other orders from different cities in Switzerland that have not been a problem for me, only Basel seems to have this issue.
