Best practice scanning & fulfilling

Hello community!


I would be interested to know how you handle the fulfillment (scanning) of the orders.

At the moment we use the Shopify iOS app, to scan our physical barcode of the package. 


It worked fine.. But with 50 orders per day, i see some room for improvement :-) 

Unfortunately, we can't load the barcodes digital in to Shopify or an app. So we need to put the barcode to the package and then look for the client in the app and then scan the code.


So, if anybody has an idea or input how to make the process better... Feel free :-)
