Better of my Shopify caused issues.

I did. They basically stated there is nothing they can do. I will try again
and maybe provide more information about the seller. Maybe if enough people
complain they will look into it. Or at least prevent that individual from
setting up future stores.

I filed a complaint, and received the below BS response.  Shopify is ONLY a Software Provider.

We understand the frustration of this situation and with that we truly sympathise. However due to Shopify's nature as a platform we cannot interfere with how stores operate or force refunds. We are not a market place like Amazon or E-bay, we are only a software provider that enables people to run an online store.

Unfortunately, while I do understand your issue, I do not have any additional information that I would be able to provide. All Shopify stores handle their own business operations and orders.

Could you possibly provide me with the store URL you ordered from, and if this store is on Shopify, I will be able to issue a store complaint on your behalf.

Message: I purchased a bike on 6/21/20, and have sent emails, but have not been able to reach this seller. I filed a complaint with Paypal, and it was denied. I see several people in the Shopify Community have had the same issue with this store. They sent fake tracking information to USPS, and did not deliver the product, and will not answer emails. I spoke to my mail carrier, and she did not deliver this package.

My track number showed the item leaving Delray Fl, then hitting two post offices in DE, before delivery to my address

Did you instruct the merchant to cancel the transaction due to non-receipt: No. I have a receipt. I instructed them to cancel because there was never a response.
