I upgraded a app accidentally to a monthly subscription. I believe this app was called AMP by Shopsherrif. I contacted them directly, they said they saw it and they would refund it if I would get billed for it. I just had to send the invoice number. However, I just paused my shop, I got charged for 9$ for the subscription App but I can't see the invoice number because it won't allow me to get my billing information from my shop. I also can't send Shopify an e-mail directly, because my shop is paused.
Maybe a representative here could help me out?

I think you can email them with the email you used to register to your Shopify store in the first place.
