The information here is outdated. I have contacted eMerchants and they cannot support CBD businesses. If anyone has any new info please advise. My business is on hold until I resolve this.

I am an authorized global partner with Emerchant Broker (EMB) and have been for several years. We activate credit card processing for CBD sellers using Shopify -- literally, everyday. Just this week, my EMB agency boarded several new accounts (December 21, 2020). **By the way, there is a totally different company with a similar name, Emerchant (that's not us). Perhaps you were confused between the two different companies?
