Can I be refund?

Hi,

I paid to activate my Shopify store but I did not noticed it was the wrong account (I had a second account were i was trying something earlier in the past).

 

When I noticed it, I canceled it thinking I could ask for a refund (the shop has been paid for like 10 min) but as i Cancelled the account, i can't log on to it to ask for the refund for the month.

 

Now I'm paying for my website on my other shopify account but I'd like to get refunded for that month on the wrong account (let's say 5 minutes error I did, my fault!).

 

Do you think it's possible?

Refunds for the monthly subscription are not automatically generated if a store is closed as our Terms of Service states that we do not provide refunds. However; we can review refund requests on a case-by-case basis to determine if we're able to make an exception. To help review your request I will need to verify the store by email. If you can reply to my email with the requested information then I can help determine if your store is eligible for a refund.
