I recently opened an online store, yet I can't even take any orders....my payments are on hold, I assume because of the bank..., Idk, no one will tell me anything. It's been a long time now and not able to take in a single order....basically they are collecting a monthly fee from me for ZERO service....I keep getting some bs about an email coming in 24 to 48 hours....many times and many days...no one will even say what the issue is so I can clear it up.....I am seriously considering taking my store elsewhere!

You said you can't take any orders, would you mind explaining what is preventing you from doing so in some more depth?
