We use Shopify Shipping. After shipping thousands of products UPS via Shopify Shipping, we suddenly can't print labels for UPS packages and keep getting the error message that "shipping label couldn't be purchased."
I've read all the threads on here with similar issues and have tried clearing the history and cache, restarting the machine, trying another browser, and making sure incognito was turned off. Nothing is working.
We have reached out to support multiple times, emailed firstname.lastname@example.org directly, and opened a work order, but have not heard anything. We have hundreds of packages backed up, all time critical, and don't know what to do.
Can somebody please help?! Is there a way to escalate the situation or purchase a higher level of support? Would an outside specialist be able to fix this? Time is of the essence.
I am having the same issue w USPS!
Shopify used to have a great support number where you could talk to a person to resolve things in real time.
Their chat support is not even working well! That's is too bad. I loved shopify precisely because i could rely on their support and since Covid all is not working well!
