Cannot add Shopify Payment to my Store

Hi,

I manage my store from NZ, but I cannot add Shopify Payment as a payment provider.

Do you have any idea why I cannot see "Shopify Payment" in selection list?

This is Max from the Shopify Team. 

Congrats on getting started! As you know New Zealand is now one of the countries eligible to use Shopify Payments. For a full list of available countries, and more details on this payment gateway, click here.

To troubleshoot this, please check into these aspects;

  1. Check and see if you are selling any of the restricted items based on your country here. This might be impeding you from seeing that payment option.
     
  2. If that all looks good, please check that your shop address (Settings > General) is showing a valid New Zealand mailing address. Be sure to save if any changes are made and clear your browser's cache for good measure. Once that's set, please try to add the payment gateway again (Settings > Payment Providers).
     
  3. If all of the above looks good, but you're still not seeing this option, please email us directly (using the account owner's email) to support@shopify.com. This way we can take a closer at your shop and settings directly!

If that solves things, follow the steps listed here to set up Shopify Payments.
