If your ID is expired, then the best route to take would be to disable Shopify Payments until you have renewed your ID. Valid ID is required and can not be bypassed as it is a compliance step from our banking partners.
I have set up a shop for my customer through the Shopify Partner Program.
My customer has now uploaded the necessary documents to verify the payment many times.
Unfortunately these are not accepted. My customer has asked me to upload the documents (identity card) in his name.
These identity cards are also not accepted by me.
The document consists of 2 pages, as it should be.
How can we solve the problem now? My customer is very annoyed, because he cannot start the shop yet.
The account owner will need to reach out to our support directly to help resolve the issue as we can only speak with the account owner in regards to questions about their Shopify Payments account.
Could you clarify if you're having issues uploading the documents? If yes, what error are you getting?
