Capturing payments

A customer places an order and only part of the order can initially be fulfilled so payment is captured intially for that part of the order. When the remaining pat of the order is later fulfilled, the system is giving me the option to capture the balance of the authorised payment but when I click to capture, it gives me an error message saying already captured? How do I resolve this? Thanks

Hi Lara,

I'll touch base with you via email to look into this some more.  It may need to be something that PayPal can resolve on their end, but I'll pull our advanced support team into the loop to see what additional light they may be able to shed on it for us beforehand.

Hi,

 

I have exactly the same problem - capturing deposit amount  gives me ability to capture it again from backend. Was was the resolution to this please?
