Carrier and app rates are not showing after adding own rates.

Can i use Carrier rates and own rates together for shipping.

Earlier I was using only carrier and app rates, But that is not working any more after adding my own rates.

See screenshot below. Only Israel Post are showing on client side.

Hi @deepakverma7884 

Both custom and carrier/app rates should show at checkout as long as the shipping address and product(s) qualify for said rates. Is it possible that the test address you used or the product being checked out didn't qualify for the carrier services you have activated? You didn't show what rates/services you have active for your carrier/app rates in your screenshots.

Carrier/app rates were working before I added custom rates. But that stopped working after I added custom rates.

Do you have more than one shipping profile set up, or are all products in the same shipping profile?

If you do have multiple profiles, do you have the carrier rates active in the other shipping profiles?
