When my orders are being fulfilled, the carrier information downloads from Oberlo as other. I am using epacket for my shipments and am shipping to 2 different countries at the moment. This causes a problem because the information won't download to my tracking app, tracking notification isn't being sent, etc. I have to go into each order that is fulfilled and manually change the carrier. This is a pain -- very time consuming. Does anyone have the same issue? Any ideas how to fix?

At the moment epacket is not a supported carrier in the Shopify admin so as you have seen orders made using this service will default to 'Other' in the admin as with any other unsupported carrier.
You can, however, add the tracking for your orders to Oberlo directly.
