Change payout bank information

I haven't received my first 2 payouts because Chime says the payments failed because the account can only receive payments that is in the same name as the bank account holder. I'm guessing the payments come up as the business name. Not sure when I will receive the payouts now.

I then tried to change my payout information to my other bank account but it says old account must match what we have on file. I'm pretty sure I used the right account because Chime said they rejected the first 2 payouts. Please help if you have had this same issue.
