Change to Free Shipping After Order

Hello, 

I created an order manually, and sent the invoice to the customer. However, I had forgotten that this customer gets free shipping. I tried to edit the order but there doesn't appear to be a way to change the shipping.

Attached is an image from the edit order page. There is no way to edit the shipping (or discount, for that matter).

Do I need to cancel this order and start another one?
