Please can someone help me? I have a message on my home screen and don’t know how to put it right. I have submitted proof of my shop bank account and my company incorporation certificate but it seems that neither will suffice. I’m obviously running out of time before the 28th, I’m about to enter the welsh lockdown and urgently need to be confident I can still accept payments. What do they want from me?
