Trying to switch between two accounts but it keeps on saying my old routing or bank account details do not match to what Shopify has on record? We triple checked the accounts and routing numbers. How do we correct this?
Yes, I'd love to know the answer to this also as having the same problem... and of course you can't contact anyone at Shopify and there's no number or email either... just keep getting links back to the online questions... frustrating.
I cannot change my bank account for payouts, I have double checked and triple checked and it still will not let me change because it says I must confirm with Shopify what they have on file. How to I resolve this??? Please help
