Checkout Greyed Out

We recently launched our site and are on a paid version. 

We were able to successfully process payments and checkout but recently once items are added to the basket, customers are unable to checkout - the checkout button is greyed out. 

Paypal works fine tho. 

No additional app is installed. 

 

How can we fix this?

Hi @produceman123 ,

 

Can you check the inventory settings on your products to see what your inventory levels are, and if you allow overselling (if they're 0?).

Hi there, 

 

That is what we tried but inventory levels on everything is perfectly fine (well above 20 items on each). 

We've had about 10 different customers email us stating they are unable to process and when we test it, we are unable to checkout as well.

Thanks for sharing that link, after taking a closer look at your website, it seems that you're still able to checkout through Shopify if you manually go to the /checkout path. And after inspecting the cart page, it seems that clicking the Checkout button causes an exception to be thrown in a script controlled by Zapiet. It looks related to code they have that checks if a customer is eligible to purchase those items for store pickup. I would consider reaching out to Zapiet's customer support for help with your integration or troubleshooting this specific issue.
