Checkout page doesn't load

Hello,

I'd really appreciate some help with checkout page. It's my first online store.

When doing checkout, I enter the shipping address and contact information then I click on "Continue Shipping".

The next page offers the two gateways for payment:Paypal and Credit Card.

Here's the problem, when I choose credit card and click on "Complete Order" the next page doens't show the fields to enter the credit card number. It keeps loading but never ends, as shown in the image.

I have already added the Credit Card payment in payment settings.

In the background is written "Proibido" that stands for Prohibited in english.

I don't know what do to sincerely.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this. I took a look at your store and it would appear that everything is working as it should be: 

20-49-22xlx-ticts

From what I can see here, the gateway that you are using is PayPal Plus. When a customer chooses this method of payment they are taken away from Shopify to PayPal Plus' website. Any issues that occur here are outside of Shopify's control. I would recommend clearing your cache and trying again - if this issue persists your best option would be to reach out to their support team.

As I said, it's my first store so I was pretty insecure about the checkout process.

Hey there, @charanjitsingh1 

 

That error message shows up when a store does not have any payment method set up. In order to process payments from your customers, you do need to have a payment gateway set up. You will need to go to Settings > Payment and set one up. You can check out what payment providers are available to you here and learn about setting them up here
