So i have been trying to solve this issue for some time not but have not found anything. If an order gets cancelled or merged in our store the order stays as unfulfilled and increases. We are speculating that we have around 1000 orders that need to be erased. If someone can help us clear all old orders and find our proper pending order number that would be great.
I'd be interested in finding out how to do this as well. The main reason being that I use the left hand navigation bar which has a number next to the 'orders' button which shows how many orders we need to fulfil. However due to some cancelled and unfulfilled orders it's not showing the number we need.
