I closed my account and I was charged the monthly fee, same day of closed, I was charged .. will I get a refund.

You should see this back in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on bank processing times.

Hi Ted 

 

Im having the same issue

 

My accounts been closed, but monthly fee are still be drawn from my banaccount.

How do I delete my bankdtails from Shopify + get a refund from the fee you charged me extra
