I have just launched my store and have been getting buyers already. We had two customers successfully pay using PayPal, however a third customer reached out to us to say the credit card option would not load on her screen. She sent us a screen shot to prove it and indeed was not showing.
I checked the payment setting and everything is connected properly. Can anyone say why this issue is happening and how I can fix it ASAP?!!!
That is definitely very strange! Are you able to replicate the issue yourself, or is this a one-off customer that is having the issue? If you have checked your payment settings and everything appears to be set up correctly, along with being unable to replicate the issue yourself, then it is likely this is a locally ended issue with the customer and not something that is affecting multiple customers. Would you mind sharing the screenshot your customer shared? Could you also share the URL to your store so I can test the checkout?
I am not seeing an error in your screenshot. However; the express buttons will appear on the first page of the checkout. If you continue to the payment page, you will have the option to input credit card information or choose a different payment provider.
