Thank you for reaching out regarding this and thanks for the screenshot, it really helps. What is interesting about the error message displayed here is that it states "do not honor". This message comes directly from the credit card provider/bank. This message implies that the bank itself has blocked the transaction from going through as opposed to the card being invalid or declined. In this case, the best course of action would be for the cardholder to contact their bank to make sure there are no blocks on the card itself - some cards do have security measures in place that prevent some online purchases.
