Over the past week, I have had several declined credit card payments and I am losing significant business because of that. In some instances, customers have used multiple credit cards but still declined. Here is a screenshot of error message which is same for all of them.
Can someone please assist as this is really frustrating.

We can see there that the payment has been declined with a message from the payment method of 'do_not_honor'.
This is the only message or info we get from the payment method being used about the payment not going through.
As such, you would be best to direct the customer in question to contact their bank or card issuer for more information on why the payment is not going through on this payment method.
There are a few reasons why a card payment might be declined by the bank or issuer.
Banks have automated systems that determine whether or not to accept the charges that we submit to them.
As such, your customer would need to check directly with their card provider, to see why this payment attempt is being declined with the do_not_honor code.
