So we are scheduled to launch one of our products this Thursday July 22nd at 8PM EST. We do have a fulfillment center who we have integrated with and who will receive orders via API. Since we will not be fulfilling the orders or shipping them. How do we setup customer notifications for order confirmations and fulfillment notifications with tracking information for the customer to be able to track their order?
Usually the fulfillment company ERP will return the tracking to Shopify and email clients automatically after fulfilled orders. If you didnt use oberlo to sell, it wont be a problem. You just need to test with fulfillment company about the tracking return and email.
