Customer Unable to Continue to Payment

I have a customer that is currently unable to "Continue to Payment." I have viewed the abandoned cart and am seeing that when I disable to coupon code, the "Continue to Payment" option is available. The coupon code is for free shipping over $30 and the order is for ~$130. I am not sure what is causing this, but any help would be appreciated.

UPDATE: It isn't just the free shipping coupon. It is any coupon that is added to this particular order that disables the "Continue to Payment" option.

Thanks for letting us know about this, it sounds like an unusual situation.

If you can just share a link to your store here and let us know the abandoned cart in question (without sharing sensitive info) we can look into this from our side to see what might be going on and if we can reproduce this.

Would this be the only instance you've seen like this where customers cannot proceed to payment?
