Customer reported fraudulent purchases after buying a product from my store.

I was contacted by a customer who said she had fraudulent purchases on her card after making a purchase through my store. Has anyone else experienced this? I use the automated Shopify Payments system - should I be concerned that other customers' information may also have been compromised?

Hi, this just happened to me too! Was anyone able to advise on this information? I do not want my customers getting scammed, and believe we pay monthly for this protection. Please advise, as I’d like to avoid this from happening in the future!

When this happened I reached out to Shopify support and they looked into it but basically just said their system is PCI compliant so the breach couldn't have come from them... I told the customer as I was contacting the support people and she was grateful for my help. Sorry if that's not very helpful but I would still check with support just to see if they can see anything that looks "off" from their end.
