Debit/Credit Card Declined

Hi, does anyone know why my customers are unable to checkout? They say that their cards are either getting declined or receiving messages like try again later. What could be the reason? I have already talked to support team and was instructed to talk my bank. 

There is no problem with bank, even a few customers orders came in abandoned cart, I retargeted them with email and then they made the purchase. 

Please help me!
