Recently, we failed receive some of the payments which were made from Paypal gateway. The customers made the payment and received the payment confirmation from Paypal. However, our Shopify shop failed to acknowledge the order. So no email confirmation and order on our ends.
This is getting strange as it looks like this is not a Paypal setup issue, as there are just numbers of customers having this problem.
Did anyone encounter this issue? What are the things we can do to resolve/improve it?
