Hi Shopify,
is there a way to add conditions to shipping notifications? Meaning that different shipping confirmations are sent depending on the shipping rate the customer chose.
For instance, if Customer A chooses to "ship with track and trace", he receives a shipping confirmation that forwards him to the tracking page.
If Customer B, however, chooses "pickup at the headquarter" he receives a notification that allows him to schedule an appointment for pickup.
