Hi there,
So this is happening with our labels printed from Shopify - a double company name on the return address and a double/weird printing on the customer's name. Only with UPS.
I've gone in and looked at the shipping settings and can't find anywhere I can adjust these fields.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? It looks horribly unprofessional.
