Email confirmations being flagged as spam or questionable

Hello all -- when someone places an order the Shopify system sends an automatic confirmation email.  However, a couple of weeks ago, we started getting the response I've copied below.  Any idea what's going on here?  (I am not a particularly technical person, so please forgive me if I'm missing something obvious!).
