Enable Klarna with shopify payments doesn't work

Hi community,

within the payments setting under the shopify pamynets option we've clicked the checkbox Klarna in order to enable Klarna payments. Unfortunately, we get the message "You'll be able to accept payments with these payment methods in about 10 minutes." We have enabled this option a few weeks ago, there is still no progress. How can I solve this issue? Has anyone faced similar problems regarding Klarna activiation?

I'm thankful for every input/solution.

Oh, that is very odd, I'd like to look into this further for you now! Our Financial Services team will be able to check if there has been a delay in the Klarno onboarding process, I'm sure we can get to the bottom of this for you! I've reached out to the email address linked to your Community Forums account here, would you be able to reply to that email? I have exactly same issue trying to enable Ideal and Bankcontact payments

please advise
