That’s a great question! You can simply uncheck the ‘track quantity’ box since Printify is now responsible for the inventory. There’s a little bit more information about having Printful track your inventory in their Help Doc here.
In the event a product does become out of stock or discontinued, I believe Printify will notify you via email. However, I recommend checking with them directly to confirm this. They also have a Help Doc here to guide you through that situation.
