Extremely Upset about the Inability to Get Help!

I started my account Last Month & have not been able to get assistance with issues with shipping as well as I’m being billed for 2 plans by the Dropshipping Brands &Shopify as well as Spocket. Although, I’m only displaying Spocket products. 

Im unable to sell to my customers because they receive a message saying the item can’t be shipped to their address. I’m paying for a Dropshipping business/ website where I cannot sell products from. I really need to speak with someone about this ongoing situation.
