Hello, we run a business using Shopify as a platform and we are waiting for a payout at the moment. The problem is, we've received an email that they couldn't process the payout because our bank information is incorrect and not valid. We have changed it two times and when we inserted it, Shopify deemed it valid at those moments. But now, we received another email saying the payout failed. We checked the details of our bank account and it was correct. We have no idea what's happening so I would appreciate it if a staff replied a solution for this. This is my second post of this and we haven't been replied to yet, Please help us.

I am having the same issue and there is no contact information that I can find to call or email for help.
