I have received 3 emails that don't look quite right from Shopify. It says that my payout couldn't be deposited because the bank account details I entered were incorrect. Says I need to enter bank account details for a valid checking account. Has link to click to take me there, but I'm suspicious of the look of the emails and won't enter my account info. I've tried to check my info from my dashboard, but I don't see a message, red flag, or anything else that would alert me to a problem. I have not changed checking account info on my site in several years, and received the payout from March 24th. Any ideas? Thanks, Laura
Also when I tried to log in to Contact Shopify, it said I didn't have access....

Thank you for reaching out about this, and while the emails may have been from Shopify, Shopify would never ask you to change or add your details via an email. So this could have been a phishing email, great work and remaining vigilant and not entering any personal details.
What I can do for you is take a closer look at this so I will just need to verify your Shopify account. I will send you an email to the email address attached to this forum's account and confirm some security questions. Once you reply to that email, I will look into this further for you. -Hank
