Failed to get Shipping Rate from custom carrier service app

Hi

 

First post here but it is critical issue. Orders stuck in checkout Shipping stage, due to "Your cart has been updated and the items you added can’t be shipped to your address. Remove the items to complete your order.". But there is not request to custom carrier service provide at all.

 

Got the issue since new shipping profiled introduced.

 

Any thoughts? Thank you.

Where you able to figure out what was going on?? My store is having the same issue. How were you able to resolve it?

What apps/services are you using? I'm doing Printify with an Upsell app

I used private app that I created myself.

 

The app's destination link was redirected to new location due to configuration

Did you actually created an app to allows third party shipping?

I can't believe this is not an option in Shopify, or even an available add on. 

And why are more Shipify users screaming for it!

We don't even need the rate, just the option to bill customer account.
