First bill refund

Hello,

After pausing my 14 days trial I wanted to come back to Shopify to look at the features once more. I had not realize that my 14 days were over when I returned and had been charged for a basic plan. I had closed my store within 72 hours after realizing what I had done. Is there any way to refund this fee? I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
