Hello! My shop is fairly new and I came over from Etsy. On Etsy if someone ordered a tumbler which goes always priority and also smaller items like a keychain or face mask which always go first class then basically they get free shipping on the first class items and only pay for the priority since I can combine them.
how do I apply this to Shopify? I’ve lost a lot of sales because my customers want to buy multiple items but Shopify tries to charge shipping for every item.
is there a certain condition I need to do that makes the items that weigh less have free shipping when combined with an item that’s over a pound? My customers should not be charged $16 for shipping when they buy multiple items.
