Fulfill deliveries from one location only while enabling click and collects

Currently we have a store with 4 physical locations from which we’d like to offer the pick up option using the multi location functionality in Shopify. 

However we only want to deliver and fulfil orders from one location and don’t want the multi origin shipping enabled. 

Is there a way to work around this ? Any solutions to this problem ?

If you don't require inventory tracking at individual pickup locations, you can do so easily with the Curbside Pickup Guru app. Please take a look at the demo website to see if it works for you.
