I'm having trouble with the Shopify fulfillment by amazon. I followed instructions (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shipping/fulfillment-services/amazon#set-shipping-rates-for-fulfi...) and activated it successfully. I can change the inventory tab under my products to Inventory managed by 'Amazon Marketplace Web', however, there is no dropdown under the shipping area for Fulfillment by Amazon. See below.
I'm using the Canadian marketplace, where the shipping rates are called Standard and Expedited (not Standard Shipping and Two-Day Shipping).
That's all you need to do, set the inventory managed by.
Now when orders with those line items come in, you'll be able to request fulfillment.
Shopify's instructions in their docs on this about shipping are actually incorrect, these are your options:
- Standard Shipping (just "Standard" will work too)
- Expedited Shipping
- Priority Shipping
