Thank you for reaching out today with your question. Whilst we cannot confirm that you'll be able to sell glass pipes on these gateways, there are some payment processors that may allow for the sales of more "high risk" products that you can consider:
I would suggest reaching out to these gateways and enquiring if they will support the processing of payments for the products you sell. If they do, you can sign up for a merchant account with the gateway and connect your account within the Shopify admin.
