Got billed $38.99 & acct is closed

Hello, I woke up this morning & seen I was billed twice last month & this month. My acct is completely closed. I just want my money back from those 2 payments please. How does the process work.

Hank here from Shopify.

Once a store is closed, the subscription would also stop. However, if you had any third-party apps, this could have been final or due charges if the invoice had been generated.

I'd like to take a closer look at this for you, however, as this is account specific, I will just need to verify your account. I will send you an email to the email address attached to this forum's account and confirm some security questions about your store. Once you reply to that email, I will look into this further for you.
