Hello everyone,
I have added a some shipping rates by the weight as the following : 1-2 kg then another one of 2-3 kg, 3-4 kg... .
The problem that I am experiencing is that when at checkout the product in cart weighs only 1.5 kg, but it's showing me the shipping rate of 4-5 kg which is more expensive than the one it should normally show, the 1-2 kg one.
I don't know why I am getting this one instead of the other, please help, it's urgent.
