Have been using calculated carrier rates, suddenly priority mail is not calculating rates correctly.

I've been using calculated carrier rates for months and have never had an issue until today. Had an order come in for priority mail. I sell vinyl records so they are all set for a standard weight and when multiple are bought the rate is usually calculated fine based on weight. This time it didn't seem to calculate at all and it gave a rate of $11.95 (which is usually my calculated rate for 1 vinyl record but this order was for 4 vinyl records). So I checked and tried checking out myself, no matter how many records i added to my cart usps priority mail was calculated at $11.95 and would never go up. All my inventory has weight added to them so thats not the issue. Anyone have an idea what might be going on?
