Turns out the problem was in the SKU and not in the country of origin.
If the SKU is not provided in some of the products, it will display that error.
Also, don't forget to add COUNTRY OF ORIGIN as well to avoid other issues.
(P.S.- Shopify support was of no use in this case)

Hi! I just had this issue. The problem was that my shipping settings were as follows:
$1 - $99 - $10 flat rate
100 + - FREE
BUT YOU HAVE TO DO IT AS $1 - $99.99 (IN CASE THE PERSON'S ORDER IS $99 IT WON'T COMPUTE)
